Atour X Hotel Hangzhou West Lake Wulin Plaza Yan'an Road

I booked the hotel urgently on the day and upon check-in the staff could not found my reservation. However, staff is very helpful, welcome drinks served while they are looking for my reservation data. Upon my check-out they even give me another bottle of water as they know I will have my exercusion, knowing that I dont have wechat pay in my apps, the staff even helped to book Didi for me from his mobile app and I paid cash to him.

The staff was super helpful, nice and understanding even though we didn't speak too much Chinese and they didn't speak English. The room was clean and new and the free laundry was super useful and easy to use.

It’s was very modern! The bed was so comfortable and the facilités provided were amazing. The staff were so incredibly lovely and helpful despite our language barrier. They went over and above to help me which was amazing.

The hotel was very clean, The workers very nice and willing to help with everything. I highly recommend to stay here.

Service is good and the room are very clean. The location of the hotel is also strategic and convenient to food and shopping access.
